Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all apps and services provided by Shigure Studio ("we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Where an individual app has specific terms, those terms take precedence over these Terms for that app.

Some Services offer paid plans (one-time purchases or subscriptions) for additional features or content. Pricing and plan details are displayed on each app's store listing page.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings in the relevant app store.

Purchased features become available immediately after the transaction is confirmed. If you switch devices, use the restore purchases function to regain access.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or act against public order and morals
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of us or any third party
• Reverse engineer, modify, or otherwise improperly copy or redistribute the Services
• Disrupt the operation of the Services or place excessive load on our servers
• Attempt unauthorized access or circumvent billing or authentication mechanisms
• Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

The Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, be error-free or uninterrupted, or produce any particular result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant app.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and related content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the applicable app store.

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such modifications or discontinuation.

We may revise these Terms as needed. We will notify you of material changes on this page or within the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
